Coding

On Tuesday, Dr. Flinn visited us from the school board to teach us about coding with Ozobots. We learned so much in a short time.  We learned about grit and persevering.  We learned about working with a partner.  We learned about trying plan b (if plan a didn't work!).  But most of all, we had FUN! With our partner, we created pathways for the Ozobot to follow.  Later, students created patterns for the bots to follow.  We could make them go sl-o-o-o-w or really fast! Mr. Rodgers will be ordering some of the bots for us to use in our classroom.  We can't wait!
Later in the afternoon, we used a Google Hyperdoc to learn about coding.  A very successful day!
